The Waterfall People Enrichment enrichment is built for contact completion when one data source is not enough.

You can start from:

  • An email address
  • A LinkedIn profile URL
  • A name plus company domain

Datablist then uses several providers to get the best result. This is a strong fit when you want one workflow instead of juggling separate tools.

What makes this enrichment useful?

Most contact enrichment tools depend on one input and one provider. That creates gaps fast.

This enrichment supports several starting points and can return a broad contact profile with fields such as:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Job title
  • Job start date
  • Seniority
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Headline
  • City, state, country
  • Company name
  • Company description
  • Company location
  • Company founded year
  • Company LinkedIn URL
  • Company website
  • Company size range
  • Company estimated size
  • Company industry

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Import your contact list

Upload your CSV or Excel file into Datablist.

Step 2: Select "Waterfall People Enrichment"

Open Enrich and choose the enrichment.

Step 3: Pick your identifier and output fields

Map the fields you already have, select where the returned data should be stored, preview the result, then run it on the full batch.

If you have a company domain, use it. The code explicitly favors domain-based matching over company name alone because it improves accuracy.

When to use it

  • You have mixed-quality contact data
  • You want one enrichment flow for several list types
  • You need both person and company context back in the same row
  • You are cleaning CRM exports before outbound or scoring

Best use cases

  • Complete lead records before outbound campaigns
  • Fill missing contact details in CRM exports
  • Run one enrichment flow across mixed-quality source data
  • Prepare lists for routing, segmentation, and personalization

Pricing and example

This enrichment costs 100 credits per successful enrichment. Enrichment from email can also consume credits on unsuccessful requests.

Example:

  • 500 successful enrichments cost 50,000 credits
  • 2,000 successful enrichments cost 200,000 credits

Because it can return both people and company data, it often replaces several narrower enrichment steps.
