If an Excel export stops because one cell contains more than 32,767 characters, export the collection as CSV to keep the long text, or shorten that property before creating an Excel file. Microsoft Excel cannot store more than 32,767 characters in one cell.
This error message is raised because Microsoft Excel has a character limit of 32,767 characters in each cell.

Datablist stops the Excel export when it encounters a value over this limit. The value might be legitimate, such as a full webpage or a long AI response. An import that put an entire record into one property can cause the same error.
Keep the full text
Choose Export and select CSV. CSV stores the value as text without Excel's per-cell limit. If you later open that CSV in Excel, Excel's display and cell limits still apply; keep the CSV as the source of the complete value. See the CSV editor if you need to inspect the file without converting it to an Excel workbook.
Create an Excel workbook
Find the long-text property and check whether the value belongs in one cell. If an import merged several fields, correct the import and try again. If the value is valid, shorten it or split it into separate properties before exporting. For structured text with a known separator, use Split Property to preview the resulting columns; splitting arbitrary long prose is not a substitute for preserving it. Review the edited rows so you do not discard information you need.
